Dance Fit Fusion is a full body workout through a variety of dances for strength, flexibility, posture and a whole lotta Far Out Fun! . This class is self paced with body awareness to do what feels good for you. Each week is a different style of dancing, following this order: Latin Dance, Hoop Dance, Belly Dance, Yoga Flow and rotate through the 12 weeks. The components of the dance styles include: 

  • Latin dance: Salsa, Merengue, Bachata
  • Hoop Dance: Waist Hooping, Burlesque Hooping
  • Belly Dance: Shimmies, Veils
  • Yoga Restorative Yin, Yoga Flow

Get moving, dance, sweat, laugh and get those happy hormones going!
