Hoop Fit Yoga is a full body workout through movement and breath. You express your movement through a varity of hula hooping, dancing and yoga poses. This class is self paced with body awareness to do what feels good for you. Hooping to the beat of your own drum is highly encouraged for your best sweat.
This class is designed for adult ladies 18+ looking for a fun workout with fitness options to take care of you and keep you working out.
