Get Stroller Fit with your baby and a fine group of moms!
GET Stroller Fit with your baby in a full body workout outdoors! We hit the trails and parks all around the city with babies, tots and even both in double strollers. Get all the fresh air benefits with body bearing exercises, resistance bands and of course your wee ones in strollers give you lots of resistance training.
In case of inclement weather, class will be inside at Power Conditioning Inc. 30 Ropewalk Lane, behind Tims. You'll workout in a gym space of over 4000sq.ft. with fun cardio circuits, resistance bands, weighted pilates balls, swiss resistance balls and so much more. Babies will be with you, at your side or your babywear. Tots will be incorporated into the workout to follow mommy.
