Strong Mommas -Mom & Baby Workout

Strong Mommas is the best Mom & Baby Workout with inside and outside classes! Our Strong Mommas program is especially designed to get moms fit, get back in shape and even stronger than before baby. We have strength training classes  to learn to lift Kettlebells safely and properly, so you carry your child as a stronger Mom! Our babysitter is right alongside us to help your workout with peace of mind. As warmer weather approaches, we bring on our outside class Stroller Fit to get all the fresh air benefits while baby gets an awesome stroller ride!   

Ladies you can come even if you don't have a baby! Our class is strength training with our babysitter alongside so even if you don't bring a baby, you can workout with us. Once our equipment is safely stored away, babies and tots come with us to stretch and play.

Weekly Program Plan

Monday Core: Strengthen, tighten abs and learn to engage your core and pelvic floor. 

Wednesday Abs Butt Legs: Tone time for butt and legs reduce shoulder and back strain from pregnancy.

Fridays Strong Mommas: Get your endurance on to end the week with total body workout, stretch and play with kiddies.

$129+hst 3 classes weekly 4 weeks

$4+hst per class for our babysitter in the same room!
