A Unique Mom & Baby Fitness Class

Strong Moms Workout with Baby is a unique mom and baby fitness class specifically designed and dedicated to making moms strong after having baby.  You get a full body workout with your baby in resistance and circuit training to increase strength, flexibility, and cardiovascular health. We focus on restoring weakened muscles, namely the core and pelvic floor in safe exercises to help common postpartum issues.

We have lots of fun while getting our sweat on. Enjoy play time, relaxation and coffee after class! 

The ideal age for baby is 6 weeks to about 24 months. You can hold, carry and bring your baby in some exercises, as well as let them play or hang out in tummy time. You and your baby are priority. I have colourful gates to create a safe play zone for mobile kiddies. Please bring your favorite toys each class and small-kid-allergy-friendly snacks.
