Join Cindy and give yourself the best strength training program for postnatal moms on a mission. Busy moms need mommy time with baby, a total body core workout, to be stronger and in better shape than before baby!
We have our babysitter in the same room with us for to help mommas strength train with peace of mind and stretch with babies afterwards.
Weekly Program Plan
MONDAY KETTLEBELL CORE: Ladies love to hate core work. Strengthen, tighten and learn to engage your core and pelvic floor by strength training, body weight and stretching.
TUESDAY KETTLEBELL BUTT & LEGS: It's time to tone up that butt and legs for every move, lift and carry in every day life. Strong butt and legs reduce shoulder and back strain from pregnancy.
THURSDAY KETTLEBELL ENDURANCE: Total body workout to increase strength and endurance. You want a strong back. You've wanted strong shoulders forever. You need upper body strength. You need energy for every day! You found the right class!
Check out Stroller Fit Fall 10:00am Wednesdays for total body cardio strength. Take in fresh air endorphins for you and baby too!
