Weekly Program Plan
MONDAY CORE: Strengthen, tighten abs and learn to engage your core and pelvic floor.
TUESDAY ABS, BUTT & LEGS: Tone time for butt and legs reduce shoulder and back strain from pregnancy.
THURSDAY ENDURANCE: Total body workout in fun circuits to increase strength, cardio, energy for every day!
