Kettlebell Mommas is the best postnatal fitness program for mommas to get fit, get back in shape and even stronger than before baby. Workout with your baby right from the start! Learn to lift kettlebells and more!

We have our babysitter in the same room with us for to help mommas get a kettlebell workout. Once the equipment is safely stored away, babies come with us to stretch and play. Stay posted for Stroller Fit coming this May 2019!

Weekly Program Plan

Monday Core: Strengthen, tighten abs and learn to engage your core and pelvic floor. 

Wednesday Abs Butt Legs: Tone time for butt and legs reduce shoulder and back strain from pregnancy.

9:30am Monday & Wednesday

$99+hst for 2 classes weekly for 4 weeks!

$5+hst per class for our babysitter in the same room!

ONLY $5 per class for up to 2 children
