Kettlebell Training Rocks for NEW MOMS! Newfoundland’s only kettlebell training making mom's core stronger to carry baby-bell longer.

Join Cindy and give yourself the best strength training program for postnatal moms on a mission.  Busy moms need mommy time with baby, a total body core workout, to be stronger and in better shape than before baby. Believe me, you'll need it to play for many mommy moments to come.  

No baby, no problem! Some ladies come to our morning class without baby for the best workout time while kiddies go to daycare and school. There's coffee brewed daily. We have our babysitter in the same room with us Tuesdays and Thursdays for your best workout and peace of mind. 

Weekly Program Plan

TUESDAY KETTLEBELL CORE: Ladies love to hate core work. Strengthen, tighten and learn to engage your core and pelvic floor by strength training, body weight and stretching. 

THURSDAY KETTLEBELL BUTT & LEGS: It's time to tone up that butt and legs for every move, lift and carry in every day life. Strong butt and legs reduce shoulder and back strain from pregnancy.

Check out Stroller Fit Mondays and Wednesday 9:30am for total body endurance and fresh air endorphins for you and baby too! The more classes you take, the less you pay per class. ASK CINDY!
