Our 14 Day Nutrition Program is a PLAN for healthy eating.

We start TODAY & I can’t wait!

  • Let’s Batch Cook & Plan your Meals to get started on healthier, leaner, fresher choices.
  • Plan lunches, snacks and treats to start fresh for fall.
  • Practice being mindful about your meal choices.
  • Set specific goals with your Nutrition group.
  • Two meetings Mondays 6:30-7:15pm, Sept. 29 & Oct. 6 at 69 St. Clare Ave.
  • Online Meeting 6:30-7:15pm, Oct. 13, Report Goal Progress.
  • Message Cindy should you wish to join.
  • We are taking 10 participants only for a focus-driven 14 day meal plan that sticks with you.

We help you take baby steps to make manageable progress in your nutrition. We allow our minds, thought processes to enter in the equation to consider the impact it has on our health and our choices.
