Cam is passionate about fitness – in particular the pursuit of improved strength and body composition through lifting weights.
Cam lifts 3-4 times a week and has experience doing very time-efficient workouts so that he can exercise consistently while maintaining a busy work and family schedule. Cam believe’s that consistency is the most important factor for achieving one’s fitness goals, and as a result he would like to design you a practical, enjoyable fitness program that you can stick with consistently; both with and without his supervision.
Cam’s favorite movements are the squat, deadlift, bench press, row, and overhead press. By introducing you to the appropriate versions of these movements for your fitness level, and then gradually increasing the difficulty, Cam can help you improve your strength and body composition.
