Kettlebell Workout for Women - The Change
This Kettlebell Workout is specifically designed for womens' changing bodies and our changing needs. I incorporate yoga posture and alignment, balance and flexibility, functional movement and building strength into the kettlebell workouts.
It's way more than just kettlebell swings! Tho' you will learn how to do a kettlebell swing as you get stronger with proper posture.
Pelvic floor, joint strength and mobility, shoulders back, chest open, stand tall. We train to improve all of that using kettlebells, resistence bands, yoga blocks, pilates balls and foam rollers. The top goal we always talk about is to be able to get off the toilet easily as we grow older. Truth!
