This class is designed for women and men curious about how yoga in a hammock helps your mind and your spine.  Hanging in a hammock right side-up or upside down is a break for your body to counteract the daily routine, align your spine, necks, shoulders and hips and improve your posture. 

Hanging in your cocoon, in your own space, craddled in the silk hammock creates a totally unique experience.  Discover a calm mind in a safe place for complete relaxation. 

Try new things, move your body, learn to play and have fun again. 

Worried about the hammock supporting your weight? It holds up to 5000lbs! 

What To Wear and Bring

  • wear comfy clothing, that is fitted or can be tucked in for when you learn to turn upside down
  • A short sleeve or long sleeve shirt and fitted socks to keep hammocks nice and clean
  • Bring a bottle of water and a sweat towel, as needed
Get off your feet and hang in a hammock!

Fall Semester September 10 - December 17
FALL Semester is THREE sessions of FOUR weeks for 12 weeks
No Classes October 1 & 8 - NO CLASS DEC. 10

Session 1: September 10 - October 15 - Four weeks
Session 2: October 22 - November 12 - Four weeks
Session 3: November 19 - December 17 - Four weeks
FOUR Week Session: $80.00 

11:30am - 12:30pm Absolute Beginners 
6:30pm-7:30pm Absolute Beginners 
7:30pm -8:30pm Beginner/ Intermediate
