I have eaten well for most of my life since I have Celiac, so follow a healthy Gluten-free diet, but even this allows for treat options to pack on the pounds and spin your wheels working out.

About 12 weeks ago I decided to start eating clean after meeting Tosca Reno at a CanFit Pro Conference. Then about 7 weeks ago I started so I got serious 5 weeks ago.

I am choosing to eat clean so I no longer waste my workout, so I benefit from my healthy living choices and to feel even better than ever before. Eating clean is not counting calories and going on a diet.

  • It is eating real food and learning how to have treats in a healthy lifestyle.
  • It is getting the treats out of every day and making them an actual treat.
  • It is getting away from sugars, alcohol, white refined processed foods and getting back to real food.
