Nutrition is 80% of a healthier you, so we like to add a variety of fun, fitness with and without family to make it a part of your lifestyle.

You all know I’m a MOMpreneur, so my trusty assistant and are are very busy with all the fun & business we want in our lives.

I run my schedule in a way that works for my family, so I only go out 3 evenings a week when my guys have guy-time:)

How can I boost you metabolism in between those days when you need it and as a sister-busy-mom, who cannot go out more than 3 evenings, if that at all?

1. Butt LIFT Challenge

I <3 LUNGES!

So if you are doing them at home, I recommend stepping back into your lunge since most people balance better this way, execute a safer knee bend and step only a distance that is manageable. So these are reverse lunge as we do in Zumba Toning.

Keep CORE engaged, eyes looking forward, neck in line with spine apple space between chin and chest, shoulders back and down.

Step back one left first, raising arms with weights to front, shoulder height. The right knee should be at a 90 degree angle, behind toe. The left knee aims toward floor. Use thigh and core to come back to standing position. Do 20 reps, hold on 20 for 20 counts. Then same on other side.

Then my favorite. Do one reverse lunge and hold with front knee in 90 degree angle and back knee toward floor, weight in hangs at either side, control down-up-forward-back. Do 20 reps and Repeat on other side. Again as in our Lunges in Zumba Toning.

Now how’d ya’ like those lovely lunges?

Do them walking if you want but you will have to go forward:)

Do them with your family. Give the kids balls for weights and put on your fav. family song.

Our Butt Dance of alternating glute squeezes for 40 in the morning and 40 in the afternoon!

Improving glute control takes pressure from joints. and encourages your muscles to do the work.
